SMAR - The system, developed by the State Comptroller's Office, aims to promote management excellence and provide public administrators with managerial tools to support decision-making processes.

SMAR allows for the analysis of public expenses from various angles, enabling the manager to, for example, "turn on a yellow light" regarding the use of citizens' resources, drawing attention to cases that require further analysis. It will assist in understanding scenarios and aid decision-making by the respective government officials of each department
