COLLECT - Powerful tool for identifying crime authors. The system, called Afis (Automated Fingerprint Identification System), allows searching a database of fingerprint images of criminals from across the country. Each image available in the machine is rigorously verified by the unit's experts. The feature has facilitated forensic work and enabled reports with 100% certainty regarding the authorship of crimes.
